Former Ghana coach Sellas Tetteh has opened up on how the West African nation has refused to fulfill promises after clinching the 2009 FIFA U20 World Cup in Egypt.
Tetteh guided the Black Satellites of Ghana to win Africa’s first-ever World title at the male U20 level after defeating Brazil on penalties in the final.
The 66-year-old trainer disclosed that he had a contract with the Ghana Football Association and the Ministry of Youth and Sports to be paid winning bonuses of $4000.
However, the veteran coach in an interview with SportsObama TV said he and his technical team are yet to receive their monies.
