Offinso Install New Chief After 3 Years.

The Offinso traditional council has installed Nana Amoako Poku now the Dwemena-Akenten || as the Offinso new chief on Thursday 4, January 2024 .

Nana Dwamena-Akenten ||was chosen from among the royals who qualified and were nominated for the stool.

A curator of Asante heritage , Nana Pokua was presented to Otumfuor Osei Tutu by the Kwakwaboa Abusuapanin, Opanin Yaw Nkrumah Adusah.

This follows the failure of the Queen mother of Offinso , for the third time to nominate a qualified royal of the Offinso royal family to occupy the stool.

At his coronation which took place at the Offinso palace, on Thursday afternoon, Nana Dwamena-Akenten || appeal to the residents to support him and therefore pledged to bring development in Offinso.

Meanwhile the Offinsoman-Akyeamehene Nana kwame Opuku asked the royal families to come together and be united to help the betterment of Offinso.
