17 Players Arrive In Black Stars Camp Ahead Of Ghana Vs Angola Clash

Seventeen (17) players have so far reported to the Black Stars camp ahead of the trip to Kumasi on Tuesday afternoon.

 

The players include Abdul Manaf Nurudeen, Joseph Wollacott, Alexander Djiku, Denis Odoi, Kingsley Schindler, Patrick Kpozo, Daniel Amartey, Joseph Aidoo, Andre Ayew, Joseph Painstil, Ransford Yeboah, Inaki Williams, Antoine Semenyo, Jordan Ayew, Mohammed Salisu, Majeed Ashimeru, and Edmund Addo.

 

On Monday evening, the newly appointed head coach Chris Hughton took the first eight players who arrived before 5:00 PM through intensive training at the Accra Sports Stadium to maintain their sharpness after a busy weekend with their clubs.

The players in attendance were Andre Ayew, Joojo Wollacott, Inaki Williams, Daniel Amartey, Joseph Aidoo, Antoine Semenyo, Joseph Paintsil, and Ransford Yeboah.

Ghana is scheduled to face Angola at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on 23rd March 2023 before the team head to Luanda on 27th March.
